You can organize your bookings in any order, but we recommend starting off with a DEXA or VO2 max test, then finishing off with your sauna & cold plunge experience.

If you opt for the DEXA scans, we’ll start with a few quick questions to get to know you two and set up your scans back-to-back. One at a time, you’ll lie face up on the scanner for about five minutes while it captures a detailed snapshot of your bodies.

If you opt for the VO2 max tests, we'll give you a quick rundown of how the tests will go. Then, one of you will be fitted with a special mask that measures your oxygen consumption. You'll peddle on a stationary bike that gets progressively harder until you can't anymore. Then your date will have their turn.

Once that's completed, we’ll walk you through your guys' reports, step by step.

After you're both done your tests, you can relax in your private sauna & cold plunge experience for 60 minutes. Towels, shower, and change room included!

DEXA

The DEXA scanner sends low-dose x-rays through your body to measure your lean muscle mass, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and bone density.

VO2 Max

At Regen, you'll ride a stationary bike with gradually increasing resistance while wearing a breathing mask that analyzes your oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. The result gives you powerful insights into your aerobic capacity, and health span/longevity.

SAUNA & ICE BATH

Unwind together in a 60-minute private recovery session with our infrared sauna and cold plunge. Alternate between soothing heat and invigorating cold to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and support deep recovery - both physically and mentally.

We believe our greatest value happens after the scan. Some places hand you a print-out report and send you on your way. Not us!

We take the time to sit down with you after your scan and walk you through each important metric. Not only that, we also generate our own in-house report ON TOP of the report generated by the scanner to further help frame your results relative to the average population.

Our goal is to focus on specific metrics for you to optimize your health. We want you hitting above average metrics, and our reports show you where you stand in this regard.
