Physician-guided recovery planning.

A 20-minute private, uninsured consultation to help you turn recovery goals, performance goals, and proactive health goals into a clearer plan, with physician guidance when this pathway is appropriate.

Looking for a clearer path forward?

Regen brings together recovery tools, movement care, testing, and private health services so you can make smarter next-step decisions. Physician-guided consults help connect the dots so you can understand what may fit your goals.

  • Recover from established injuries, reduce future injury risk, and train with more direction.
  • Get clarity when scattered appointments, generic advice, or trial and error have not been enough.
  • Explore private optimization options, including hormone optimization, peptides, or PRP, when appropriate.
