Red light therapy has been shown to be cumulative. The dose from one treatment lasts some time and what "remains" of the dose is added to the dose at the next treatment.
We advise using our full-body red light panel 3-4x per week max. Due to something called the biphasic dose response, it can actually be counterproductive to your cells to do too much red light therapy.

Your membership perks only apply to you and cannot be used by friends/family.
