Credit never expires as long as your membership is active. Credit is deleted upon cancellation of your membership.
You can't transfer your credit to another member's account. In order to use your credit, you must book with the account that holds the credit.
Yes! We direct-bill to your insurance provider first, but if there's any out-of-pocket balance remaining, you can use your credit to cover this.
No, unfortunately the Jane App does not allow us to pause memberships.

Memberships are non-refundable. Any left-over credit in your account will be deleted upon cancellation of your membership.
